This presentation took place at The 2024 OPEN MINDS Performance Management Institute. He discussed how vicarious trauma impacts burnout and the health care community. He shared practical strategies for health care professionals to support each other, as well as how to strike a balance between providing the best care for consumers and protecting caregiver mental wellbeing.
