On September 17, 2021, the California Department of Helath Care Services (DHCS) published this revised home- & community-based services (HCBS) spending plan. In response to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) denial of the initial HCBS spending plan projection and initial HCBS spending plan narrative for the State’s HCBS, DHCS submitted this updated document for consideration.
