This presentation was delivered on October 30, 2019 at The 2019 OPEN MINDS Technology & Informatics Institute. In the presentation, the speakers discussed how to prepare financial systems to move an organization forward with value-based reimbursement (VBR) including how to assess the current financial and clinical management systems; the “must-have” financial management and data modeling tools needed to manage risk and VBR models; and case studies from two organizations that have built a data infrastructure to manage VBR.
