This presentation took place at The 2022
OPEN MINDS Strategy & Innovation Institute. It’s been said “if you can’t keep score, you can’t be in the game.” But which success measurements are most effective and useful? With increased competition, value-based reimbursement requirements, and the need to show value to health plans, establishing the right performance metrics mix is paramount. An effective performance indicator (KPI) system captures financial and non-financial measures and is driven by structured data based upon an organization’s strategic objectives. This session covered:

- A review of the different metrics, and how to prioritize which are most effective
- How to create a timely and accurate reporting dashboard
