On March 26, 2013, the Catalyst for Payment Reform released a brief fact sheet highlighting the percentage of value-oriented payments versus the traditional fee-for-service (FFS) payments. The scorecard also provides benchmarks for future performance and analysis of payment reform, including attributed members, share of total dollars paid to primary care physicians, non-FFS payments and quality, transparency metrics, and hospital readmissions.
